Before you send a saw back
- Check the chainA chain that jumps or stops is often just loose. Re-tension it with the screwdriver.
- Check the oilSmoke or a slow cut usually means a dry chain. Fill the reservoir and press the oiler.
- Check the batteryCharge it fully and make sure it clicks onto the rail.
- Still stuck?Start a claim through the order page of the partner store, with a short note or photo of the problem.
