Every Tietoc order is sold and shipped by our partner store. When you press a buy button here, you finish checkout there, and that store handles delivery from the warehouse to your driveway.

2. Check out with the partner storeDelivery options, dates and costs for your address are shown before you pay.
3. Track the boxTracking appears in your account on the partner store, along with any delivery updates.
4. Unpack and chargeCharge the batteries fully, fill the oil reservoir and check chain tension before the first cut.
